Hmm...I guess the only way to address that would be for TOM'S to redesign the pylons. How tought is it? It looks a tiny bit slacker on your friend's setup - is there a little wiggle remaining with your installation or is it pretty tight?

Good eye, didn't even notice that. That's kind off putting seeing how much tension is in that harness.

there’s a bit of slack. Very little I’d say. Probably if you do install it, I’d start with the driver side maybe. Like I said the location of the hole is at a slight angle. A bit more aggressive than the stock one.

I mean there’s a bit of play. Not a lot but it’s not pulling on the wires it’s self. I think it has to do with the way it’s being installed. I started tightening down the passenger side. Maybe that’s why. I’m not sure.

I hope you know, you made me audibly snicker but visually disappointed lol. I’m not sure if I’m disappointed at the joke or the fact I laughed at it.

Mine's the same way. It doesn't seem to be putting the actual wires under any stress so not really worried about it.

I’m thinking about getting a strut bar to help a bit with body flex. After some very spirited driving on a very curved road on a hot day I noticed my passenger rocker panel guard where it meets the rear wheel fender is very slightly off now. It’s minor and it may have been off from factory and driving enhanced it. And I wonder if it’ll help with bumper flex to reduce the separation problem (I don’t have it…. Yet).

has anyone noticed a harsher drive when installing it? I’m looking at Cuso as it looks like it has some up/down travel with the separate piece where as Tom’s is just 1 welded piece, or
does that even matter?

lemme know if you're interested in the cusco, as I've had one for sale. to answer your question, no I don't believe a harsher drive and I even upgraded my LCAs. makes for a more responsive steering, but not an issue for NVH
