I'm probably a minority with this, I don't like the full black out no chrome look. I like the chrome on L logos (grill, trunk, and wheel) and chrome tips. Everything else, totally necessary to black out.
I'll probably plasti dip my IS 500 badge and that's about it. The chrome L logos I don't mind.. The reason I actually got a '23 at the start of 2024 is I preferred the dual color - color matching mirrors but that chrome trim in between the black and white just had to go.
50% all around (to get the red interior to still peer through) crystalline, no windshield tint. I know its expensive but I had it on my previous car and the heat rejection in the summer time was just amazing to not get it again, especially on the 5 hundo.
^^ Thanks! Yeah, that is my understanding - I mean they are a perfect fit, they clear the rotors and calipers with no issue and mounted the original tires on the rims (2 years ago) - This is my last season with the Bridgestone and putting the Michelin late this year...
I like the wheel pattern plus it is so easy to clean compared to the busy Enkei pattern or the delicate nature of the BBS wheels. My hand fits in between the wider spoke so I can clean it inside no problem whatsoever, and I love this finish (Canadian version over the US finish which is polished) ...
