From pics I've seen, to install a front strut bar you have to remove and leave out the strut mount caps that protect the AVS wiring. Doesn't that sound like it could affect the warranty?

I would assume if something shorted, then yes. If a shock failed then probably not. I had an AVS shock fail on my ES. It was rattling and started leaking. Something like that should be covered, unless the dealer is very uncooperative.

like 95 said if an electrical issue then yes possibly if anything else should be covered
