Doubt you will want this one but I cut up a cloth grocery bag and stuck them on both rear doors. It protects the injection molded plastic from dog scratches. It's held in place with velcro stickers. You can see the scratches on it and how much it's already protected my door. Every 6 months or so I peel back the velcro to make sure it's not ruining or discoloring the plastic.
This is actually a solid mod! simple but extremely effective. Might do that for mine as the pupper does love to put his paws on doors.
As for the tissue box mod, my passengers only get the packets.

Those are great! A couple of those packets fit nicely in the left side of the glove box, to the left of the shelf-thing - easy to get to yet out of the way.
