I have been looking and can't find any sites/places that sell matte black or gloss black exhaust tips for the IS 500. I really dont like the chrome exhaust ones especially on the incognito since the black would like nice with all the other black accents of the car. Does anyone have a link or product that would fit exactly for the IS 500?

Also, I attempting to take the tips off the other day and noticed a small metal pipe i guess coming out of the exhaust right behind the tips, does anyone know what this is?

That pipe is just to hold up the exhaust, it should be attached to a rubber bushing of sorts. See below on how to remove them in case you need this info. I like them in chrome because you can see them, otherwise they might disappear in all the blackness back there.
