I was at the Lexus dealer today getting my second key programmed. I brought the RR Racing USRS bushings in to see if the would install them. They said about 3ish hours and around $700, including an alignment. That seems hella expensive to me or am I just out of touch with pricing these days? It looks like 4 bolts to install it, super easy. Maybe they didn't understand the product?

Also I can't do it myself as I am a 100% disabled vet that walks with a cane, and don't have the strength or flexibility to do it.

I did on my iSF a few years ago. I used ramps and it took me about an hour.

It would be much easier on a lift since the springs will be extended making it easier to slip the old and new bushings through the springs.

I think he's just proving that the quote you were given was kind of high, due to the access the dealer has that he didnt and the time it took him to install

pending labor charges, but the job should take no more than 2 hrs especially if a lift is being used. an alignment isn't required after the install, but if you're feeling froggy...

Seems a little long time wise. Also depends on what the shops labor rate is. Some places are $200 an hour

I did it at the shop where they do all of the aftermarket work for my RCF. They charged me 1 hour so about $180 CAD from what I recall. I did it last year.

We charge 1 hour labor $140. An alignment is not absolutely necessary but doesn't hurt to get it done at the time of install. Our local alignment shop is $150. I'd find an independent shop to do it much cheaper.
