I agree - it was great to finally be able to watch the video HOWEVER, when he started talking about a limited production of only 500, I was like, dude, we all know about the LE which has 500 to be produced but not the regular version. How can people be in the business of making car videos and not research more about what they are talking about. It would be like me talking about lots of rain with an area of HIGH pressure....Sheesh!
Again it reaffirms what I have been saying all along, you don't watch car reviews to learn about the car, they are clueless....I just like to watch for video and audio effects. Full stop!![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Now here is a new update from Jake - At least this guy is from Lexus dealer and credible:

Agreed…I watch the vids to hear the engine sing. 😜
…,and Jake is very cool. If the Atlanta dealerships start shenanigans, I’ve already reached out to him.

^^ Out of the 4 colors you have done, the blue, white and black are my favorite. I find with the darker colors, the contrast looks really good, even on the red. I was actually surprised by the white, I didn't think I was going to like it but I did, at least in your photoshop. I guess I will need to see it in person. On the atomic silver, for some reason, I am just not feeling it but again, it's one of those things that I may need to see it in person. My backup plan if the stock Enkei wheels don't do it for me will be to buy a set of wheels as per my IS350 (our finish is different in Canada) and install those instead.
So for me, while I usually prefer my vehicle stock, here are the mods that I may do on my IS500:
1. Replace stock Enkei wheels - TBD
2. Paint the transmission cooler if not black - TBD
3. Replace stock LCA bushings with either the GS/RC F OEM bushings or the FIGS/RR Racing bushings
On item #3, no question the bushings will be replaced. I have enjoyed the GS/RC F OEM LCA bushings on my IS350 but I know some here have preferred the aftermarket options (FIGS or RR Racing) but I do have some concerns about NVH and worried about doing something that will negatively affect the way the car feels. Especially when you factor that the costs for these aftermarket products to be more expensive. I may reach out for some personal advice from some of the exceptional contributors on this forum for advice - He will recognize himself in this post

^^ and green socks (lol)
That is why I can't wait for the Lexus website to update with the 2022 information and see better pics of the IS500 and also, see how the car looks using the configurator. It should happen soon, we are almost mid October - Enough with the 2021 already! (lol)

I’m curious, for those of you with TIS Access, is any 2022 Lexus IS shown in TIS? I stumbled upon a file linked to TIS and it said for 2014 to 2022 IS. But that was a free file available to fire fighters. I’m curious if owners manuals and repair manuals are available for the 2022 model year for those that pay for TIS. Thanks in advance!

Not sure if that's the system Jake is using, but he does say his search brings up 2022 IS 300s.

In the press photos, it's barely visible, but the LE appears to wear Bridgestone tires.

For instance, below, the "S001L" badge is just barely visible atop the driver's-side front tire:
