To be honest, and not to be rude, but there are very little I like about either models except maybe the wheel pattern of the blue one (but dislike the bronze color) - I am not a fan of the exhaust tips myself although I admit these would likely put my flatulence to shame....

Towards the end he talks about the IS and he shows the one model that we have seen in his system for over a month now. However he claims it might be an error but there’s a couple of things to note.
It says the vehicle was to be built November 1st and then it says that was completed. It says the vehicle was to depart on the vessel on November 2nd, and that is still pending. Also, if you take that vin and put it on the Lexus owners website, it is a real car and it shows the color and all the options for the vehicle. It also says the vehicle was ordered back in August. I think we might be seeing actual allocations soon.
Lastly, I would take what he shows with somewhat of a grain of salt. He’s super helpful and I love him but he keeps saying he is doing a 3000 radius search, however, at the top his website says that it is for the Southern Region. So there is the possibility that there are other cars, though they just aren’t allocated to the Southern region so he is unable to see it.

^^ that is exciting and sort of lines up with the fact that my dealer called me earlier in the week, the bottleneck might start moving, slow mind you, but at least its a step in the right direction.

It’s super exciting! And it lines up with what my Inventory Manager told me when she placed my order. She expected to see allocations in November and we are starting to see some action. Fingers crossed we get good news guys and Carolina50! I keep seeing Is350s on my commute. I think it’s a sign

So if they start building these now, we assume its about 12-15 weeks before they hit our shore correct? Or is there some delay in shipping due to bottlenecks in the ports? Do we know that portion?

So in the video it said the estimate was it would be loaded on a vessel on November 2 and unloaded on November 28. So we should see them on dealer lots by end of year.

^^ So I guess the 12-15 weeks is likely the whole start/finish that from the time to take our order to the times it arrives...Maybe I was given incorrect timeline from my dealer in the but traditionally, that is usually the timeline I have seen for the past 4 Lexus I have ordered. Start to finish was about 12-15 weeks, but that makes sense that shipping would not be that long. We'll see but I just hope they won't build mine too soon though...

The website is undergoing work. Fingers crossed we see the IS soon. They just changed icon for the Lexus NX Hybrid, and the Lexus Financial website now lets you apply for a loan for a 2022 NX and RC.

Sounds pretty good but honestly the only exhaust I would consider getting would be something valved. I want to have both personalities. A luxury daily driver and also something to have fun on the weekend and be loud.
