Yes, true. Lexus needs to take the "Offers" button off the IS500 page then, lol.

^^ yes, in an ideal world but I doubt they will carry many of these on the lot, this could be a car that is ordered and sold before it arrives. I see better chances for promotions and such for the 2023 MY once the initial excitement starts to subsides

^^^ I wouldn’t be surprised if deals went the way of the do-do. Direct order at MSRP only.

So anyone care to make a prediction on when the first forum member is going to post their IS 500 pics?!? Will be a LE or just a regular version of the F Sport Performance?

So I got my updated build sheet for my 350 with exactly everything I wanted on it. While I was at the dealer I asked about the IS500 and they told me they are getting 2 LE’s but they are slapping a $20,000 addendum on it. My jaw dropped. The inventory manager is great and I can’t complain, but wow. I couldn’t believe it. And then she told me they’re getting an RC F Fuji Speedway and that one has a $30,000 addendum.
in other news, she checked and IS’ are starting to show up in Freight, meaning some cars are already off of ships.

My guy is off today so I won’t get an update till tomorrow at the earliest. I have a question for those getting the car and planning on keeping it for many years. Are you going to do the 1000-1200 mile break in or are you just going to drive it from the get go how you would normally?

I hope its me...I work 5 miles or less from where my car is right now (LE)...only set back could be that I asked for the Door Sills to be installed at the Port and I don't know if that will cause further delay.....I was told 12/16-12/20 but perhaps there will be enough vehicles to send a full truck across town to the dealership soon....hoping its before the 16th as I'm out of town 17th-19th (which sucks).....but at the same time if I do get it by the 16th I won't want to get out of the car.....
