All dealers are marking up their cars, just make an offer.
By the way I see so many FE coming to the market right now compared to the reg model. so no one should be paying a higher mark up on the FE compared to the regular model.
You also want to look for a dealer with more then 1 FE in stock. If they only have one, that dealer may not be so flexible on their price.

In my case, I was told I could order a white on white back in September because I was the first on the list, then my order was rejected. Eventually, after a lot of effort from my dealer, they were able to get a white exterior with red interior allocated to them so right now, that car is tagged as mine until it arrives and can see the color combo in person. It is a crazy time out there and it appears the LE are more easily found but the non-LE are very rare at this point in time...Regardless of what you get, most consumers in the US will be paying some market adjustments with some dealers really exaggerating what these cars are worth - The 500 is a great bar but not 30k above MSRP!

EDIT - Truth be told, I actually like the GW despite all my joking around. I find the press car with the lighter color Enkei wheels provide a good contrast and I actually like it

For those of us who have ships at sea and are too cheap to pay for the overpriced satellite tracking, this website gives you its satellite position for free ![Wink](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)

^^ People can't afford to pay the satellite tracking because they are paying 20k market adjustments (lol)

Not with that color you won't - LMAO!!! Couldn't resist - Seriously, I am started to get the crazy idea to put a 4 Sale sign on my 2021 and just go on the road trip and see how far I get before someone buys it. By the way things are going, I'll be lucky if I make it to the border
I won't even make it out of town if people think the 4 Sale sign is for me (lol)

^^ LMAO - I hear ya! I agree that GW does look good and actually allows the body lines to show quite nicely! The other blue that I am not sure why people dislike so much is the lighter blue on the Cadillac CT-5 V BlackWing - not sure what it's called but I find that color stunning
Edit - I looked and it's called Electric Blue

Hi everyone. New here and new to the Lexus brand. I’m #1 at the only Lexus dealer in my area for an LE with a deposit down on it since August. There was no talk of price until it was allocated. I got hit with a. $10,000 mark up. Initially, I had a sour taste in my mouth as I’ve NEVER paid over window sticker out the door on any of my cars I’ve ever owned. The reality is I sold my ‘16 Accord Touring back to the dealer in September for double KBB and that was taking a bit of a hit. That dealer used to have 40-60 Accords on the lot at any given time. Now they have three, two of which are dealer trades. Everything incoming is already sold. Anything on the lot has $3,995 markup. A Type R Civic has $10k. The other Honda dealer in my area has $5,000 mark up and they force you to buy everything in finance. My takeaway was people are paying $3,000-$5,000+ for run of the mill cars. An extra $5k for a premium limited run car wasn’t too bad. I’d prefer it wasn’t there but do I want the car. I sat down to do paperwork on mine last Friday and got an update on my car. My dealer has 7 IS350s sitting with my car at port. They’re all sold.

^^ Congrats and welcome to the forum!! I agree that no one wants (and should) pay a market adjustment - If I was living in an area where such market adjustments exist, I would just keep what I have and walk but that is just me. That being said, we all have different situations and realities and I am not here to pass judgement. In the end, we all have different realities so we have to make choices based on our paradigm. That being said, enjoy your LE and make sure to post pics when you get it

My understanding is that the front rotors on the IS500 are 0.8 of an inch bigger than those on the IS350. Is that right?
If that's true, the IS350 can run 17s for winter wheels. I know the calipers are bigger on the IS500 as well, but it seems like the IS500 could run 18s.

I would say it's probably possible to put 18s on the 500 - not sure about 17s.
