Did anyone get a premium allocated or in transit yet ? I’m talking with a couple dealers and they’re both giving different stories on how to order it. The first which I placed a deposit with a while back is still saying they’ll wait until they see one allocated and then let me know about the color. And the other contacted me because I inquired a few months back saying they can place a custom factory order for me. Just a bit confused and wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience for ordering.

I was told just a few moments ago by a dealer in SA, TX that they can order one for me from the factory. I called BS and after 10-minutes, he admitted it's just a spot on the dealer's list. This is the worst industry! I'm not a Tesla fan, but I appreciate how they are attempting to streamline the purchase process.

That's what Tesla wants you to think lol... Get in a fender bender or worse and need parts? Get ready for months of waiting before a body shop can even start. Not to mention the shoddy build quality!
I think every industry, but especially automotive is having a hard time as bits and pieces come from so many sources.

@dk12 - I put a deposit down the first week of April for a custom order Premium and no word yet. If the lettered groups are right, ‘F’ is for F’me and it’ll be awhile for me. 😜
That would be me that had the info, I'm just behind you for a non LE. Which I still don't know if I'll ever be able to get it or not.. lol but not lol!
