Ya, been having the same issue here for the last two weeks. Apparently the 'remote services' are not activated until the car is offloaded at the port, either because the car is out of range in the middle of the Pacific or because the port distributor themselves activate it prior to shipping to the dealer. But once you do see gas levels, mileage, etc, at least you'll know it's at the port.

For what it's worth, my 500 F Sport Performance (non-LE) white on red is scheduled to arrive between Jan 31-Feb 4 but dealer said it will likely change a bit as we get closer and the exact timeline comes into better focus. As you know, I am in Canada but my dealer doesn't have any other units on the way. He has no idea when, or even IF they'll get more,...Things are that tight up here

Awesome! I wanted to ask.
So we’re all in our pajamas and settled around the fireplace.
1. As a real world driver, what are your driving impressions?
2. I’m sure you’ve seen all the reviews too, which reviewer was closest to capturing the essence of the IS 500? I’m thinking RedLine or MotoManTV. Which one was way off?
3. How does the exhaust sound at street and highway speeds? Do you think a mod is necessary? I’m hoping it’s richer and throatier in person.

I'm pretty livid with my dealership - I haven't heard from them in over 2 months, and I left them 2 voicemails last week with no call back. I have no status on when my allocation will come.
I paid them a $1k deposit over the phone back in April to hold my place in line, and have email communication corroborating that, but no receipt or signed contract. I wonder if there's a way to get my money back.

Yeah, it's good advice. I'll try to swing by tomorrow, work schedule pending.
If they can't get me an estimate on the order I'll ask to cancel it and just wait until more become available. When I paid them the deposit in April, the sales woman told me they'd place my order in July (which obviously never happened), and that I do have in writing via email.
