the front bumper was torn off by the idiots who unloaded it off the rail car in Toronto.

With regards to the IS 500 review by Brian Makse above... He mentions how bad the pumped-in engine sound is. To this, I say, fear not, IS 500 buyers. You can defeat the engine sound. It took me several days to figure this out on my IS 350, but it's possible to turn off the ASC.
Turn the little dial to the left of the steering wheel all the way down. If you didn't hear a "click", keep turning it down! There's a little detent in the dial that, when passed, turns it completely off. Most people don't seem to know this, especially car reviewers, who say they wish the sound could be turned off.

The repair will likely never be reported besides the aftermath evidence here..
Where’s the drift videos..??
Many new cars get damaged and repaired before the dealership even see the car..
