I had a interesting conversation with the owner of this dealership and asked him why they do not charge markups on any of their vehicles? His responded with “we are going to need our loyal customers after all the shortages are over.” He feels like if he charges a markup, then people will remember and might choose to shop elsewhere in the future. He said they are making enough at MSRP.
