Well someone bought the LE from the dealership asking $30k over. I hate to say that I called it, but can't fix stupid. Guess people really don't care about feeding into the greed

In this case, I have to commend the dealer for finding the idiot who paid for that 😂

It may have been purchased as a business expense which the person could just write off. When it comes to the ultra rich, they don't care, there are no financial rules they need to follow. It's kinda like when you're ordering at a restaurant you internally debate whether you should splurge for a soda or not. Well for the ultra rich their internal debate is whether or not to pay a $30k markup. This time they did.

Also I just got a call from the Portland Lexus dealership and they just got allocated an iridium silver on red IS 500 premium that is available at MSRP + a $700 gps tracking thing (due to arrive in three weeks or so). Have to be local-ish though. Wife unfortunately prefers another color. AutoTrader has pictures of a similar one at Thousand Oaks Lexus in California.

Hello CL! Been lurking for a little bit since I put the deposit down on my IS500! Thanks for all the info you guys have provided - seems like an amazing community to be a part of!
Picked this lovely lady up on Tuesday earlier this week - This is my first Lexus and it is INCREDIBLE. Traded in a 2020 STI for it.

Yeah I am in Idaho but we have some property in Oregon - sounded like they just wanted to make sure it got registered in Oregon or the Washington suburbs near the dealership.

if you all would like to know about the lady who ran the intersection and hit myself and my wife while we went out to celebrate the purchase of my dream car, with 28 miles on it. Just ask. It’s been a really tough time for us. We’re out of the hospital now. I’m trying to find a replacement but it seems everyone now wants adjusted markets and I’m not willing to after all that what we’ve been thru to get fleeced.
best wishes!

Ok, Rough estimate.... Out of the 500 LE's produced with a starting VIN of 5001114 to 5001750 (Last known) there are 136 Non-LE cars for about 27%.
I have tracked down 446-ish of the 500 VIN's. Mostly missing you lucky Canada folks, US Territories, Hawaii and maybe the one in Alaska.
