The preferred accessory package is a rip off in my opinion. As it shows, your car will not come with the wheel locks. But be glad it doesn’t. They charge $85 to get it done at the port, and you forfeit the 4 wheel studs that it replaces. You can buy it at the parts counter for $60 and still keep the 4 wheel studs it replaces. Or if you search you can get it cheaper. I got mine for $42 from: parts.lexusofwestkendall.com
The carpet mat is redundant since I’m certain yours has the all weather trunk tray. In my personal opinion, the carpet mat in the trunk will get dirty in no time. The all weather trunk tray is the best option.

It’s a super simple process. Unlike every other fricken Toyota product that uses a 21mm socket, you just need a 17mm socket and a torque wrench set to 103lb ft. I’m going to get flamed, but you can get all this at Harbor Freight for $25ish with the 20% off coupon lmao. And the torque wrench you can use in the future. To remove the existing lug bolt you can used the torque wrench in reverse (not recommended) or you can use the breaker bar in the trunk. I kid you not, I did all 4 wheels in 2-3 minutes. It’s not rocket science.

Did you ask for them to be removed or did they just remove it? It’s weird for a dealer to remove stuff willey nilley when it could make them more profit. My dealer tried adding crap but I told them to remove it because I didn’t want all that crap.

not at all honestly, I wanted the carpeted trunk mat, and having the tray and liners is nice. I have no idea why they changed, possibly didn't have the materials to do the edge film and bumper applique at the time?

I went back and checked all my papers. And the options that my dealer had added which I didn’t want were the preferred accessory package and the 3M which is exactly what yours had, which was later removed. I wonder if these get added by default and only get removed if requested?

I asked for the all-weather liners and tray to be removed and was told they couldn't, It came minus those options from the port, and even up until it arrived at the dealership it listed all those accessories on it still in the system.

I don't know about the 2021 models, but on my 2016, I loved having the all-weather mats. For winter, it was great to have those - not even just for snow, but for any mud or other junk I might be tracking into the car. Worthwhile to protect the interior on a car like the IS 500, IMO. They are a tad expensive unfortunately if you go for the Lexus-branded ones like they had installed at the port. But the aftermarket will have other options.

I actually have my all weather liners in the box still in my storage shed and the liner is actually on top of the carpeted one since it is winter time here, makes throwing wet jacket in the trunk easy for the drive home after work where I can take the jacket out and wipe up any water with a towel so it doesn't stink

If I may, I would also like to recommend the illuminated door sills. Not only does it look super cool to have it say F sport when you open the door in bright white, but it’s also the only way to get a metal door sill protector in the rear. If you don’t get that, you get nothing in the back. I personally think it’s worth the money. Yes, you can get them cheaper at the parts counter, but if you’re like me, paying the extra money is worth any sort of electrical issues that might present themselves with a DIY install. Not to mention it comes with 4 year warranty vs 1 year if you get it at the port
