Discount Parts Monster lost me forever as a customer yesterday. They're a Zinn organization too. I won't go into details, but fundamentally it was without any question the worst customer service experience I've had since I bought a paper shredder from a moron in New Jersey in 2004.
I hadn't heard of this site before, but I had noticed that a bunch of discount Toyota parts websites are based near Toyota of Hollywood, and this seems to be another one. But I would never buy anything from Discount Parts Monster lol; they charge $8.00 to go pick it up on something as simple as wheel locks. They get you in with a lower sticker price and then hit you with shipping to make up for it. Meanwhile, the Lexus of West Kendall parts website sells the same OEM parts and they don't charge for pickup, and since it is coming directly from a Lexus dealer, you get the 1 year warranty on the part.
Here's the video, and now it has some good comments. LOL pretty entertaining stuff. Gotta side with Tony though, looking out for us customers.
And he didn't learn squat. He has another video where he is driving what is obviously a dealer vehicle BRZ and he is drifting the crap out of it. In 6 months that car will be sold as a dealer demo most likely.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Buyer Beware is an understatement.
For those of you not wanting to go to the comments of the video, this is the conversation. I suggest we all go in there and flame this pleb and stand up for our man Tony like I did. If I get the time later today, I might send management an email, but given this guy's attitude, I highly doubt they'll care...
There was another IS in Grecian water and it was a lot lighter than this one, I did not like it. This was a lot darker, maybe the lighting made it look lighter.

This Kris Koo deleted all my comments on this yt post. What a guy, I was tempted to email Lexus USA with a link to his yt post.
i'm just curious how they contacted @DLPTony i doubt they had his number, so they probably made an account on here just to message him. In which case.... @lexus of pembroke pines and north miami and mr. Craig zinn himself; your dealerships are filled with slimy dealership practices and you should be ashamed of how you treat your customers' vehicles and the customers themselves. Do you guys include a bottle of vaseline with every purchase?

The easy way to tell it's not Grecian is the fact that the picture caused nobody to vomit uncontrollably.

What a jabroni. Nobody should want their car taken on a joy ride before they get it, that's their own job. What an entitled tool. I hope that every car he owns will constantly have a slow leak in one tire that can't be solved no matter how hard he tries, so that every time he starts it up, he gets a lovely message that will slowly drive him insane.
