^^ To be honest, I am confident that they'll open a ticket with Lexus and have this escalated, they don't want this issue unresolved and there are more people with this issue...so far, macmaster is the only one that has had a positive outcome so there might be a few more with a situation similar to yours....don't lose hope just yet. we are all there for you guys in spirit,,,.,

Per the Magnuson Moss Warranty act, your dealer and Lexus would have to prove without questionable doubt that your modification caused damage to whatever failed. Yes you will lose warranty on the exhaust obviously, but if anything else in the powertrain department breaks, they would have to prove that the exhaust caused the failure. They will probably scare you and tell you they will cancel your warranty, and they might even go that far, but just open a case with Lexus Corporate and be sure to mention the Magnuson Moss warranty act and watch how quickly your warranty gets activated again.

Well, service tech just called. He said the flanges/etc were the first thing they checked, and all were good, so my issue is not related to the same easy fix as Macmaster. So the hunt continues, at least for the root problem on my car ... such a kick in the pills after eagerly waiting 7+ months to finally take delivery of this car and only get 23 hours of use out of it before it has to spend a week sitting at a dealership service department.
Assuming they track the issue to a faulty part, you could get the car back until the part arrived, no?
I checked the codes using my OBD scanner, it's complaining about a "heated oxygen sensor".

Over Christmas holiday, I called around. I visited Maury at Sewell in Dallas 2 days after Christmas. I got on their wait list as well, and Maury gave an ETA of 3-6 months, maybe sooner if a deal on a car ahead of me fell through and I wanted the available car. He gave me a print out of an incoming Infrared/White. I had my 17 y/o son with me and told him that this was going to be my car. The car was to arrive 1/8/2022. I told Maury that I'd keep a check in my wallet and could be at his office in less than half an hour if he had a car to sell me. My office is 10 minutes from Sewell Lexus. On January 7, we confirmed the car was coming the next day in the AM. I got there around 3pm and was out by 5:30. Nothing but smiles since. Sewell has an incoming Ultrasonic Blue/White and Caviar/Black that I know of. These cars are allegedly spoken for, but it seems a fair number of potential buyers back out for various reasons and cars become available. Sewell Dallas apparently carries about 40-50% of the local market, with the other 3 dealers taking the other 50%. I had a great experience with Maury Erbay. His direct extension is 214-352-2808.

Service tech did on Saturday, wasn't jotting them down as not much I'm going to do with them. I'll get them whenever they get around to fixing my car and post on here. There's not another Lexus dealership within 300 miles, which makes getting a warranty covered 2nd opinion not really an option.
Buyer beware I guess. Yet another crappy Lexus experience for me, should've learned my lesson 15 years ago.
