I’d like to know what “port” actually means. I always thought it was a bunch of blue collar workers near the water that drive the cars onto trucks. Why would they know anything about Lexus cars or bother to care? But maybe port means a team of Lexus techs inside a Lexus garage near the water. I can’t imagine that though lol.

^^ Yes for REAL.. These Toyota / Lexus port hubs are massive locations.. Heavily equipped and can handle a simple corrective action when / if necessary.
Naturally if the car with an issue is already at the dealership, then those technicians will solve the problem.
Anything done at those port locations before dealership delivery are off the grid...
