Kia's got better tech standard than Lexus nowadays... is it too much to ask to have auto folding mirrors in a "luxury" car today? A kia minivan comes with them for crying out loud... c'mon Lexus! got to do better. I still got another year in my GS's lease so I'll wait and see what they do for next year's IS500 and hopefully they'll have some changes that I like better.

I'm kinda bummed about this one too. Love the fact there's memory seating, but folding mirrors would've been nice too! I did notice that Japan's black edition has it available on that model/series. The guy in the video didn't mention it, but you can see the button in the video when he was talking about the memory seating.

Found a nice buyer for my Prius this afternoon. Excited to move on and hand it to someone who will appreciate it.

I am not surprised to see so little allocations, we have been hearing for a while now that the 2022 production will be in very low numbers and the fact that no custom orders have been accepted yet seems to suggest that the prediction that a forum member made a while ago (can't recall who) that 2022 will be LEs and pre-allocated built Premium editions could actually materialize with the MY 2023 being when things are back to normal - Could be wrong though.
If you would have invested the down payment, you would have been able to pay the car at this rate (lol)

A salesperson that I trust said they received notice from Toyota that in addition to recent parts shortages, truck drivers increasingly are unwilling to transport partial loads from rail terminals for profitability reasons.

I base a lot of my information and predictions on what Longo Lexus shows at their website. At this time, they don't even anticipate any V8's coming in for reservation. Assuming their website is accurate, that is a first and certainly bad news. If Longo isn't getting any IS's, that's a sign few else will be getting any. 2022 looks to be a disaster for IS sales.
