^^ In Canada, we don't get the shade, the power adjustable steering column or the sunroof, but we get the headlight washers

In all fairness I believe your MSRP is also a few thousand $ less than in the US, however.

I would personally prefer that Premium vs. the US premium.

I've had my Launch Edition almost two months, but because winter in Canada, it's barely being driven. Just crossed 500km, using my trusty LS 460 for daily duties.

Hahaha, yeah, but why? The LS 460 has beastly winter tires, all-wheel-drive, and height-adjustable air ride (ASC-680L controller). While everyone is buying big **** SUVs to try to traverse the snow, my luxe-barge has never left me stranded. It's barely at 80,000 miles and never skips a beat.

He was more refeering to me, as I'll be "dailying" my LE and kinda feel bad about it. But garage is already full and don't feel like having to get the snow and ice off a winter beater that would sit in the driveway and be ice cold everytime I start it. I'm too spoiled with the heated garage!! (And getting the GF car out of the garage is a no go, her car spends all summer outside and mine is the garage queen, don't wanna push my luck too far! lol!)

Oh, zero judgment here! I'd be dailying mine too if I already didn't have the other (paid for, somewhat redundant) car. I didn't buy winters for the LE this year, but next year let's see how it goes.

vantage - yeah, sorry for the confusion, a guy who drives an LS for a daily driver is not in my league (lol) I drive an Elantra and unlike "Answer", I don't mind scraping it and removing the snow although that is likely why I hate winter so much. My IS 500 (If i go through with it) will be in the garage from Dec-Mar (Inclusive) and will never see a drop of rain. In my household, my car is the one spoiled, unlike "Answer" who is the spoiled one (lol)

Haha, I appreciate that, but let's not deny that an '09 LS is far from "unattainable" for the typical person. Mine's low mileage and been in the family since new, but if you look hard, LS460s are well within the $10-20k range now for decent ones.

I like the Elantra too - efficient and reliable transportation!

Someone posted a video a few weeks ago of a gentleman who provided a detailed review of a 500 in his garage. He was a middle aged Hispanic man. Would someone please post again if they recognize it?

Bouncing off the Rev limiter way too much… 7,300 rpm

… need to shift just before hitting 7,200 RPM
