How on earth are these pre-production cars still out there, or are some YouTubers just super slow to edit/upload content? Knowing how different these cars are from ours, I'm almost not interested in watching these videos. Almost.
This guy would be me. I have PA4s installed in OEM size and this car’s snow performance has beyond impressed me. Ploughed through the snow storm two days ago that had a few pick up trucks in the ditch. A Dodge Challenger just spun clean off the road few hundred meters infront of me. This car didn’t even budge.
My only complaint is that it gets a bit unsettled by strong wind. Something I don’t face with my C63s.
Maybe we have one that I'm not aware of but if not, would it be good to have a thread for is500's that are for sale to help others get one? If so, the hope would be if a known is500 sold, be sure to update the thread or ss if one was available.

There's a few for sale within 100 miles of me, but either White or Silver. Otherwise, there are none in the NE until new allocations come in.

Anyone can just go to cars.com, search for the IS500 used and new, any distance. I dont think we need a new thread. We already have a spreadsheet for which dealerships suck or not, how much babying do you wanna do?

Gotcha. I forgot about the spreadsheet. I just happened to know of a couple on the ground and it got me thinking...gotta stop that.
Right!! I don’t understand the obsession with the rev limiter. It doesn’t sound cool (IMO) and I prefer the car at peak power.

All depends on where red line is in relation to peak power. But that's math for gearing. Soon that won't be an issue. Electrics don't have funny power curves like ICE do.
Howdy all, took delivery yesterday of the 500 F sport Perf. First Lexus or Toyota related product. Long time M guy and Porsche guy but decided to try something different. Got lucky and found this one available at msrp as one of the owners decided to put it up for sale. She is replacing a 2021 M3 6 speed. Eager to put mileage and meet other like minded people.
Is there a proper place to add a post if I want to buy a certain part/accessory, etc for an IS500 and am asking if anyone has it for sale or knows where to get it?
