Just curious, did you call them or did they call you? If they called you, as they supposedly did to another member, I'm more inclined to believe that they are actually building them. If you called them, I'm more inclined to believe that you just got an answer to get you off the phone lol. I'm #4 on the list at a dealer at MSRP, and I would prefer to take delivery in the November time frame. August would be wayyyy too early for my plans.
I too was thinking Oct/Nov timeframe but I'm ready now to either trade in or sell my current vehicle so the timing isn't too much of an issue for me.

I just talked to my local salesman about my 2021 IS350 that is almost here and asked him about the IS500 and the launch edition. He said they received a ton of brochures yesterday but according to his inventory person, no allocations to be able to place a order for a 2022 IS500 or Launch Edition as of today.....take it for what its worth I guess. I would think maybe by the end of the month the pricing will be available and ordering can commence.

We just need pricing on the car, options are easy to figure out the cost of going by the cost for them on the other versions of the IS. They should just give the pricing since the brochure is in the wild now so we can decide what we want on the car when we order it. Holding the pricing info back isn't going to help competitors as there is no car on the market that compares with it currently. I think they have the pricing figured out and are just sitting on it until the cars are closer to release sadly

I was told that the 2022 NX will be available in September, so the dealership guesses September as well for the IS500.
Also, the salesperson at another dealership was astonished I got the brochure before his dealership did..

Mannnn. Idk how I feel about this pricing and brochure. I want to stay under or at 60k and I told myself that I’d be fine basically getting a base model, but now that I’m getting closer to be able to place my order, I’m second guessing myself haha. Some of these options should realistically be standard in my eyes, because who wants the tiny *** screen on a 60k car. Forcing me to get that god awful navigation to get Mark Levinson should be illegal. And those triple beams are niceeee. So basically I’m guessing a car how I want it would be over 60k. Whereas I can get a fully loaded 350 for around 55k or 56k if you add in the potential new options of the memory package and the sunshade. I’m really torn. What I would do to just find 10k sitting on the floor lmao
