Checking in from Honolulu!
Ultra White / Black interior IS 500 Premium
Initially put in the deposit on 12/7/2021 and picked up today. It came in much earlier than I expected. Got it for msrp and sales threw in the complete set of all weather mats. Smiling all day since cranking it up and hearing that growl!

So how much sleep did you truly get in anticipation? 😉 Setting up the seating position and driving away is your Birthday, Christmas, and an exhaustive Roll In The Hay all at once. 😎

arexu - Congrats - Mine is sitting in the showroom but will likely be delivered in a few weeks (I live far away from the dealer). I have a white exterior with red interior but we are almost brothers I have remortgaged the house to put the 1st tank of gas, so excited

This is one of the instances I thank myself for not giving in my stupid Ram TRX temptations.
-Arexu, looks great in white! congrats

I haven't had the joy of filling an empty tank but I've been filling about 3/4 tank and it's costs me about $57 USD each time (10-11 gallons), and this was 2 days ago in SoCal at Costco. Of course, my range has only been about 240 miles.

We are paying a 1.80$/litre here and there is 3.78 litre in a gallon so we are paying 6.80$ a gallon so that will certainly put a damper on the enthusiasm for potential IS 500 owners in Canada

That seems high. $135 CAD = $105 USD.

Ouch. The cheapest 93 octane gas I can find here is $4.49 USD. Even that is pretty high compared to what we were paying a couple weeks ago (I seem to recall paying $3.89 at one station).

What is the cost to ship? Is it closed or open trailer?

^^ no cost to me and shipped in an enclosed car carrier....

Just a quick pic from pick up. Dealer obliged my request to not wash the car. Atomic Silver with red interior.
Chris Ashley at Lexus of Austin was easy to work with. MSRP with no dealer add-ons.
It is too cold and wet to give it a proper bath today.

Very cool! That was my first color choice but I ended up with USB on black instead... later in March. Thinking I wont be picky otherwise I'll be waiting another while.
Happy for you!
