Very cool! That was my first color choice but I ended up with USB on black instead... later in March. Thinking I wont be picky otherwise I'll be waiting another while.
Happy for you!
I think you still got a much much better color in USB. Even though bright blue is becoming more common among manufacturers, few if any do it as well as Lexus. I get a ton of compliments on the color. Atomic Silver is beautiful too. But as the flagship color for modern Lexus cars 2014+ but they are just sooooo common. IMO USB is THE signature F color.

I appreciate that encouragement! I fully expect to fall in love at first sight. I hope my wife does.... the veto is strong with her. LOLOL
stupid question: I park, press the button to roll up the rear sunshade, and turn off my car. Then when I come back to my car, turn it on, and reverse, the sunshade rolls down as it's supposed to. But then when I shift back into drive it rolls back up. Wth? Is it supposed to do that?

Yes that’s normal. It only rolled down for you to be able to see properly out the back when backing up. No offense, but given some of the questions that you’ve asked since receiving your car, I highly recommend that you read the your owners manual to familiarize yourself better with the car.

With the pandemic chip shortages, Toyotas systems being hacked, the war in Ukraine, an earthquake closing 3 semiconductor plants, and now a Covid spike in Shenzhen. We are super fortunate to have our IS 500’s. Supply looks rough for Toyota rn

It is possible no additional 500's will be available. If you want one and can find one, probably a good idea to try to make a deal.

Drive on up and let me take it for a spin or two 😁

I doubt that. There is supposedly a 4-year cycle on the IS 500, so there will be plenty of time to find one. Sure, they may be produced in smaller numbers compared to this year.
