I know people paint and powder coat their wheels everyday, but my Enkei wheels came with a disclaimer that any modification to their finish would void the factory warranty.

This is true. I've learned it's the baking process at 400* that is of concern. Additionally, some painters paint over the area that butts up to the hub creating extra tolerance.
I'm learning as I go...

There are 1-piece replacement rotors already available on Rock Auto - much cheaper. This is from the "High Performance" section, the daily driver section is still even cheaper.

I'm surprised they kept using the 2pc advics 356mm rotors. most people with 4th gen GS and RC complained that they made clicking sounds. here's the TSB: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...54791-9999.pdf
Either they're old stock and new owners will have the same issue. Or they're redesigned with better/stronger rivets on the top hat.

My sales guy came through and got me details from the Canadian ordering guide. Looks like the colour availability will be the same as the US, and there are no options beyond the Launch Edition - it comes fully loaded this side of the border! Now to wait for pricing...

The "pre-order guide" is up on the official IS500 webpage now. Basically it's the brochure that was shared here earlier.

roastpuff - I am surprised the white on white is available with the IS500 (both Canada and the US) as you can't get that combo with the Dynamic Handling Package - But don't get me wrong, I am delighted and will be the combo I'll be going with, and upsize my order to large fries with that

Hopefully they make the base cheap like between 50-53k, because that’s options they’re not including.

From what I was told, majority of the 2022 IS 500 F SPORT Performance that will be built will be fully spec'd.

@flipside909 do you still think the car will come in under 70k otd if bought at msrp or a little over that since they will be fully loaded? I’m hoping to stay under 70k otd personally

You're in luck, it's on the order guide! I'm really wondering where USB is though? I just realized it's missing from this guide!

Probably on another page looks like it wouldn't fit with another row of cells on it

It really all depends on if the dealer you're buying from will mark it up. I really hope it stays under 70k OTD.

Looks like TCI is not ordering USB 2.0.
