Uhhhh lol yeah I just found a couple in SoCal at MSRP with $1500 Lexus cash. You’re not looking hard enough bro.

Did you call to verify the cars are there? The two dealerships close to me show cars on their websites that aren't there. One even showed 13 IS 350 F Sports and all but one were sold and gone, with that last one being sold before I could get to the dealership the next day.

Being online doesn't mean it's on the lot.

Thw MSRP and Lexus Cash are on every dealers website. Good luck finding anyone to do that deal.

Also read the small print.

"Dealer contribution may vary and could affect lease payment. Individual dealer prices, other terms and offers may vary."

My salesman has only two IS 350's to last 90 days. Nothing new coming in. Both are listed at $5000 above MSRP. Every dealership, no matter what brand, are marking up their inventory. Lots will be nearly empty come December.

I even inquired about trying to get another dealer to match my current deal and below is the response. Basically no discounts. I guess now days paying MSRP is now considered a win....

It's important to remember that MSRP is just a suggestion. It's not a hard number and you nor the dealership are bound by it. The new car dealer is an independent business that has already bought the vehicle. that means they have absolute freedom to price and sell the car at any price they like.

All GaryJG talks about is how expensive cars are now and how he got his 350 for 39,000. Who else is sick of this guy?

First of all I was just answering some of your questions. Remember the regional lease offers that you see? Those are just examples based on a specific MSRP. All dealerships are currently selling most of their cars for above MSRP. They won't be getting much new inventory anytime soon.

Second of all I ALWAYS get a deal, or else I DON'T BUY/LEASE the car.

No need for the obvious envy my friend...

All I know is it's been 6 long months since I put my deposit in. The anticipation has been exciting and transformed me back to a kid waiting for the end of December. From 6 months to now, only 5 days remain to know if I still want to have skin in the game. From then it may be another long wait. Or not LOL Either way it's been fun chatting with guys on here. I wonder how many ladies are on the wait list or are anticipating the IS500? That would be an interesting poll.

Cheers!

That’s a weird flex but cool man, good for you. I thought this thread was about the IS 500 though?

Well, I am one of those who is excited to see the embargo lifted, mainly because I am curious to see what some feel of the vehicle and what to be aware. I am not one to buy or not buy based on what reviewers say, but it helps me to take note to what to pa attention. I am also looking for to seeing more driving videos and to see what Lexus Canada will put as the price. We have a very reliable source here that says it will be close to 72,900 in Canada which would be AMAZING! That is significantly less than the RCF

Haha I am definitely jealous, but I try to stay positive for my well-being. In life you win some and you lose some. In time if we keep trying, we will win too. I hope everyone here get a W with the is5 somehow someway.

imagine the isf with a softer chassis and softer suspension. Try a full breed amg and try their baby amg. Full M car and their m...40. You will get a pretty good idea what i mean. Performance that’s geared towards more daily driven comfort.
