Hello All. Any confirmed Canadian pricing yet? 0 to 60 in 4.3 seconds as tested by C&D is pretty darn good. How much faster do people need to go with a 4 door Sedan? And what's up with reviewers trying to compare this to M3, AMGs, etc. Jeeezz. Those are pricier than the IS500, and people don't buy those - they rent them....

It's been said a few times even earlier this week, Canadian price is 72 900$ for the non-Launch Edition and 77 600$ I think for the LE

It's priced just right! Now to see how each of the areas build the cars. Typically during any new launch, they will be fully loaded, especially in limited quantity.

I'm glad the rear sunshade made it for the Premium Package!!!

I would figure odd one out would probably be the non premium. It is an option but gut tells me most will be premiums

Perfect. Thanks! Pretty decent price and probably where we thought it would land.

I'm surprised at how much he likes this car. Sounds amazing as expected, that engine is a dream.

When it goes on sale this fall, the IS 500 will start at $62,075, including $1,075 for destination, Lexus confirmed Friday. The car only comes one way, and it's fully loaded, with features like 19-inch wheels, adaptive dampers, a 17-speaker Mark Levinson audio system, embedded navigation on a 10.3-inch central touchscreen and more.

^^ Now for you guys in the States, the price may vary as some dealers are saying they'll apply a market correction to the MSRP which is not the case here....It may be odd that some of you will pay the same price (dollar figure) as us in Canada despite the 30% exchange rate which means we'll get a smokin deal

I think the only thing I wish was a little different is the transmission cooler - it sort of sticks out given its a lighter color compared to the dark grill - wish they could have used a black color to have it blend in better but that is not a deal breaker

Not quite, it all depends on how the Lexus Area office configures the car. Some will be configured with port installed options like Z2 (Preferred Accessory Package), All Weather Mats or Liners, Door Edge guards, PPF, etc so MSRP will be higher than that.

Wow, starting 56k will really cut into IS350 sales.

Not really because the base $56k car won't be built unless someone special orders one that way. Also the IS 500 F SPORT Performance production will be limited compared to the IS 350 F SPORT.

I've been speaking to different dealers, including a couple out of state. I've only found a couple that will not add a markup but most said they will, ranging from $5k to $10k for the regular version.

my bigger concern is that a couple dealers have said not to expect to see any vehicles until early next year. as I'm currently borrowing my father in law's car, I don't think I can borrow it for another 4-5 months! but pricing is perfect and a touch lower than I was bracing myself for.

True. Probably be closer to $63,000 MSRP. And a mark up if demand is higher than expected

The 350 would probably have even higher sales than they do now if the dealers could get all they need. I don't know if it would cut sales too much.. the 500 is still going to be $15,000 higher than a 350. $62,000 vs. $47,000. Which is about a $300/month difference on an average 5 year loan at 2.9%.
