Not really mods, but the first thing I will be doing is having it ceramic coated and paint protection film on front end.

Not sure if this includes launch models.
usually dealers tend to under promise and over deliver but this is a bit much. IS production significant slow down. dealers will miss out on two months of batches which puts us in NOV when remaining 21MY arrives.

Once dealers see a vin pop up in their system (this is when its official) regardless of what these so called "sales people" say. It takes about 5 weeks from production to arrive here in socal dealership. No info on when production will kick back to normal for the IS but I think arrivals are going to be around dec/jan (december to remember)

The sweeping shutdowns, which begin in August and run through the end of September, will hammer Toyota output in virtually every major market -- Japan, the U.S., Europe, China and Asia.

Also hit is the Tahara plant that makes the Lexus LS, IS, RC, RCF and NX models.

They released additional production information yesterday to include October.

I will do the basics: window tint, ceramic coat, maybe PPF.

I am thinking about installing a mild 2 wild switch instead of doing a catback exhaust. I think the LC 500 has something similar and sounds pretty good.

exhaust for sure. really want to know if the RC F exhausts will line up with the IS500. if so, I'm tempted to get the Amuse R1 TI axle back. if not, probably just hack off the resonators, see how that sounds then go from there.

full ceramic tint. maybe powder coat the wheels satin black.

So does the base price include the moonroof? Or do you just mean that they're all going to ship that way, like the IS-F?

moon roof is standard on premium.

$1100 option for base if you build and order a base
