Possible Upgrade? OK guys, I need some feedback here. I really like how my MP IS500 looks, but I'm seriously thinking about removing the "F" emblems on the left and right fenders, and replacing them with classic 5.0 emblems. My wife thinks it's a terrible idea, but what do you think? Bonus points for folks who remember what it's like to be rollin' in my 5.0:
Well, I thank everyone (except Macmaster) for their feedback. I didn't expect it to be unanimous, but I guess I am the only one to think it's a good idea. For context, I go to a lot of extended-family events where karaoke is the main event, and Ice Ice Baby is my signature performance, so the whole "rollin' in my 5.0" is still fresh and cool to me. But I can see why others think it's lame. Oh well, I'm not going to mess with the IS; the Fsport badges will have to do.

The abounding stupidity of so many IS500 owners continues to baffle me. Whether it be selling the car with PPF after a few thousand miles, or tossing aside perfectly brand new Bridgestone tires, or this. How can people with such good taste in cars be so dimwitted? Lately I find myself more ashamed to be part of this group and just like to keep my distance and chuckle, haha.

It's a deal that should have been done in mid-January (but that VIN was damaged en-route and I was unwilling to accept a bodyshop-repaired car with a new car price), but was finally consummated yesterday with a factory-fresh VIN. It's been a journey, one started during the pandemic, but I'm finally in the 500 Club.
Having been so elusive and hard to catch, I'm calling it "Ghost."

I had 20k miles on my LE when I traded it at the dealer no fuel-pump issue. Currently 2k miles on my '23 IS500 will keep an eye on it for symptoms once the miles increase during summer.

Just picked up my new 2023 Lexus IS500 Premium in Atomic Silver with black interior. It is pretty much loaded with the BBS rims and anything else you can think of. So far we love the car. I will post a picture or two when I can. Glad to be a part of this group. Thanks in advance
