That's how most young Lexus drivers drive.

Owner is probably paying $1500/month to have this car. Just wait a few years until the second and third owners start getting their grubby poor hands on these.

Holy smokes, that’s just awful. 😞

I hope everyone is okay. Maybe I’ll force myself to look at it again, the 160-ish miles that flew by couldn’t have been the odometer. 🫣

^^ I was wondering the same thing!! We already know that one of our members here had such a similar outcome barely out of the lot so it happens - I just hope no one got injured.....

OOH!!!

Let me pour another cup of joe and fire up the TV!

EDIT: This was a great video! As with everyone else, the second bites at the apple are always better. Why? Because people just drive the cars and experience it organically, and leave their 2022 preconceived ideas at the door.

Is he right that the 2022 can't do burnouts but 2023/4 can? I never tried.

Don't see why there'd be a difference since they're the same car.

I've heard folks had issues with doing burnouts early on. Supposedly the only way was to do a short press of the TC Off button while stopped - if you did a long press, it would pop up the error message he showed in the video. Or at least, that was my understanding. Could be a quirk of the earlier years. We've seen weirdness like that in the IS 350 as well, as the 2014 model-year cars sometimes would refuse to let drivers hit the rev-limiter in manual mode even with TC fully off. The keyword is "sometimes", as some 2014s would do it. So it may be a bug or something like that.

There was an issue in their first vid. It could have been a pre-production issue, but a members here made a YT video showing it could be done.
