Not sure how viable this info is, but Lexus Rep I spoke to at the LA auto show (apparently they opened for the is500 debut), they disclosed that the is500 is just a temporary place holder because the next GEN ISF is already in the pipelines.

^^ We all know that, but will the IS F have a naturally aspirated V8? We don't think so hence why this car is appealing to many of us, and plenty don't want a true F with the price tag that will come with it. The 500 is a sweet spot

Definitely NOT an NA. But, seeing how Toyota is well over their CO2 compliance (one of the main reason a v8 is500 even exists in 2022) I wouldn't be surprised if Lexus dropped a v8 twin turbo.

^^ I could be wrong but I doubt it, I see a V6 twin turbo but I could be wrong The fact they dropped the V8 in their Tundra is telling, V8 will be phased out...

There is an upcoming ISF ,what powertrain is in it I don’t know ,I doubt is going to be that much more $ than the IS500 ,maybe starting in the mid 70’s we’ll see ,I am really enjoying this car I need a cat back asap ,this thing is quiet 🤐
