That RR Racing exhaust sounds pretty sweet with closed valve. Would love to have a non-valved system that sounds like that

Too loud IMO. Sounds like a cheap mustang.

I prefer a softer and higher pitch like the LC500 or LFA, as Jeremy Clarkson once called it, like an animal in pain.

 

I mean, the LFA is in its own class for sound. The LC also has an active exhaust that comes stock and tuned by Lexus. Hard to compete with these.

But much like music, exhaust notes are subjective. I personally LOVE the way the GT350 and Challenger/Charger 6.4's and Hellcats sound, so this is right up my alley.

 

Let's do it. We only charge $300 to install and you can hang out and wait.

Can't see how you'd get the LFA sound on an IS500 since it's a completely different engine. You might be able to get close to the LC500 with a custom setup.

 

F1 is more what I meant.

 

I think that's going to be very hard in a 5L V8.

 

Well with that attitude, yeah. Lol.

 

I'm sure you do it, but you'll need a custom exhaust, probably custom headers, and maybe ITBs.
