Based on Tap Joy’s YouTube in-cabin video of the GT Haus, it’s exactly what I’m looking for. The drone at 1800 rpm on the Invidia and Revel are obnoxious.

I heard GT Haus on ISF, IS350, and R35 they are loud as f-ck. When i thought the HKS + Invidia was loud on my 350, GT Haus is another level, i think you are just wasting your money. you are better off just just keep stock muffler and maybe get apexi resonated mid-pipe or go for ARK cat-back cuz ARK have drone canister...

All these talks about drone with the axleback alone make me wonder if the best compromise would just be a midpipe for both sounds and maybe performance.

thanks for your video on cold start. Didn’t think it was too bad. Idle at stop lights is prob the only time this matters with respect to drone. Would the valved axle back help like RR? Gthaus seems even louder

I think Ark sounds better than all of them if u want OEM like sounds. Just wish I could get carbon tip

Not sure about the RR Bazooka. I’m hesitant to drop another $2k on axle backs. Maybe TOM’S racing or Lems is a better option.

If Revel axleback is considered loud, then Tom's Racing will be just as loud, I would think, as Revel is probably the quietest of all Axleback that I've heard, on YouTube, of course.

The valves closed would be quieter, but what's the point in getting a valved exhaust if having the valves open is too loud?

I've heard the GT Haus in person, and it is pretty bonkers. It is a good sound, but it is definitely one of the louder exhaust setups I've heard on an IS 500 - it's not far off the volume of a full muffler + resonator delete.
