i just got my axleback installed. I have the first part of the video with stock exhaust and a decibel reader. After this weekend I should be able to get the second half of the video done which will show some cold starts and engine revs with the new exhaust.

Hey all, as promised, here’s a video with a decibel reader that shows stock exhaust and the GTHaus axleback differences.
I set up the car in an enclosed 2 car garage, the iPhone 12 is running the Decibel X app and is placed on the ground at 12” away from the center of the rear bumper.
I’ll eventually do interior sounds and flybys later on.
I will say, interior sounds are obviously louder but not obnoxious. It seems to peak at 6th gear but then goes quieter afterwards. So if you’re cruising, it’s very mild and only slightly louder than stock, even with exhaust valves open. When you WOT, you will hear it and it will sound glorious! This is what it should have sounded stock (imho).
Edit: For anyone wondering, if you turn the car off with the valves closed, they will stay closed. (If you have the remote switch) you can open the valves even if the car is turned off, but you can’t close them again until you turn the car on again.
