Default Happy One Year Anniversary!!

A year ago this past weekend, I saw a post to contact Shannon Brown at Eskridge Lexus in OKC, he had a Ultrasonic Blue w/the Circuit Red interior at MSRP. Called, made the deal, grabbed the GoBag from the closet, and flew out the next day. I am currently 33 miles shy of 12K amazing smiles per miles. One of the best purchases I have ever made and it’s literally the gift that keeps on giving. 💙❤️

Incidentally that was the last IS 500 on their lot until 2 months ago when a MP came in.

I do enjoy a good love story.

Since this is a photo thread, I'll share this. I attempted to go to Caffeine and Octane this weekend, but got there too late and couldn't find any parking. But anyway, I stopped for coffee on the way there. At least I got some time behind the wheel.

LOL! So do I. Was in Hawaii for the last 7 days, flew in this morning, checked work emails, and fired up Mr. BluStreak to get groceries and gas. God I missed this thing!

Your parking game is on point, far from the front door. 😜😎

Trust me, I feel for my Northern brothers and sisters who have to put the car away. I’ll go take a drive in your honor! 🤘🏽😜😉

Having lived in Chicago and having to put the Supra away for the winter anywhere from mid November to late March depending on the year I do not miss the snow and the salt. I like driving my cars year round.

Don't feel for us Northern boys, Boys. Its a sweet anticipation come spring. Gives us something to look forward to, makes the heart grow fonder being away.

It's pollen season.

Also, happened to find a fellow IS owner at Starbucks this morning.

Pollen season the time of year every car kind looks like something peed on our cars. Everything gets a yellowish tinge. Just means we have to drive faster to make it blow off.

LOL! That part.

Luckily I work remote, so the car hardly gets any pollen compared to my pre-2021 experience!

Still better than the look of like something crapped on our cars! lol! And even driving faster won't make it go away!
It's literally IM-POS-SI-BLE to keep a clean car when spring approches here!

Just don't drive it.

Or, only go out when it's overcast. No one will know... right?
