I found a used IS 500 LE for $86k USD at a dealer in the Atlanta area.

I wouldn't pay over sticker unless if it's the exact spec I want.

For ****s and giggles, I put my Launch Edition into Vroom to see what they’d give me for it. No intent to sell, just curious. They came back with $58.8 …seems like they don’t know what I really have lol.

Or, they offer you $58.8k and then turn around and sell it for $80k.

Because of the strange times people are going crazy selling their cars to carvana, vroom, Carmax etc. Those who were able to get more than they originally paid were the lucky ones. BUT PEOPLE PLEASE, selling privately will always net you a higher value. These dealerships are still world-class rip offs. You just need to put in a little work and effort.

That's exactly how much insurance paid for my totaled LE. No doubt though Vroom would turn around and sell yours for $80k .
