Default Traction Control & Launching

Had a couple of quick questions about launching and TC.

I’m coming from a Stinger GT which had launch control. What is typically the best way to launch this car/5.0 8speed?

With traction control regardless if I push the button once or hold it down I can’t get the “traction control warning” to go away for more then a few seconds. Is there a way to disable the warning?

thank you!

While at a standstill, push the traction control off button and hold for like 5 seconds, it will disable it completely.

For launching, "brake boost" a bit then let go. Should be the best way, but you'll get slippage mostly!

I dont think you need to turn off traction control. There are a ton of videos of people spinning/crashing when turning it off. This car has a high peak torque so it would be prone to breaking the tires loose up around 4,000 rpm, rear end steps out, and bam... you're having a bad day.

Keep TC on and just floor it. A few car video guys did it that way and still ripped low 4s to 60.

turning off tc wasn’t the issues but the warning message that constantly pops up and take over 30% of my screen. Any way to get that to stop?

Oh, sorry, misunderstood your question.
Nope, there's no way to remove the warning since it "safety measures" that are disabled...

The stock tires are the weak link. You can get/I’ve gotten sideways off the line with TC off but I was in an open, empty stadium parking lot. Unless in an open space or with better tires, I’d be very cautious about a hard launch with TC fully/truly off.
