Checking the Carfax, it seems this car had the CEL issue too, but it appears to have been fixed.
EDIT: If any member on here needs/wants close up pics of this car, or a video, or Facetime, or anything for this car, let me know and I am more than willing to do it. I work less than 5 minutes away.

This dealer did have a markup on the LE when they were new. It was a 20K markup, though if I recall correctly, @giS managed to knock it down to MSRP before he found one closer to him. They were very public about that markup though, and they made no effort to hide it, for what its worth. To my knowledge they received 3 IS500 LEs, one of which arrived on the same truck as my 350 (this is not that one). I can however with certainty say that I say I sat in all three, so for what its worth, one of my hair follicles is included with your purchase 
To those who may be interested I can put you in contact with the inventory manager who ordered my car who is probably the nicest human being in the car industry ever. The dealer has a $799 dealer fee, and in my case they removed it because I told them that another local dealer (JM Lexus) did not have it. Given the pricing on this car, you might be pushing too many buttons if you ask for them to remove the $799 fee but you can try lol.

Thats odd, it still shows in stock for me: Pre-Owned 2022 Lexus IS 500 F SPORT Performance Premium 4D Sedan in Davie #TP6632 | University Mitsubishi
A couple of things:
- It was sold by Lexus of Mobile so it is not the car I thought @DLPTony . That also means there is yet another Superman Spec out there.
- It is veryyyyyyyy low mileage. Smells like flipper in here.
- It was registered as a commercial vehicle? Sleezy dealer trying to flip the car, or some elaborate tax evasion scheme?

Around here when the dealer owner wants a new car I think they register it commercial, drive it a few months, then sell it at brand new prices. Not sure if that is the case here, but just an idea. Some of them are also registered commercial when they use the car for advertisement at events like golf courses and stuff.

LOL this reminds me of a post on the RC F forum where a member got told the same thing, but he found video proof that the car was actually a press car and it was severely abused by journalists, so he got a very hefty discount.
