Also as the tester I wouldn't have been left hanging with an inferior prototype if something wasn't right.
... And that is why I pestered them for an entire year to get these into production. I got them the stock springs they needed to develop the protos. Coordinated and looked for testers for them from a state away.
They don't just jump into things to get them out first. As much as I hated rolling around like a monster truck, this was worth the wait.
We have purchased the entire first batch of these springs, ETA mid April as of right now. We will be taking pre-orders. They will be $357.75 (lowest advertised price) + shipping / tax.
I know what you mean about the preference to lower the car and reduce the gap, I had to drop the front of my RC 350 AWD because that gap was uneven front/back and was hideous. That being said, the problem I have with lowering the car is it then creates another visual impression that I don't like - sure, it reduces the top of the tire gap but then creates an uneven gap on the front/rear of the tires with respect to the wheel arch which is why I am always hesitant to put lowering springs...see below:
Hey folks! Sorry for the delayed response. I don't have any recent pictures but I do have a motion picture that I posted last week. Honestly the springs haven't settled anymore than they did the 1st day. I'm super pleased with them!
Well i bit the bullet and ordered the swift springs! Now to find a place that know what they are doing and get them installed is gonna be the difficult part.
do we have an estimated shipping date for these yet?
Good question since I'm sure others want to know. Swift Springs said we should be getting them in next week, so I'd say by end of next week we should have them ready to ship..
