A few days ago in the Lexus App I pressed 'clear all' in recent trips, but ever since then my trips stopped being recorded. I deleted and re-installed/updated the app and still nothing shows up. I think it's still updating my Drive Pulse score but the map with my trip is missing. It says it takes 24 hours for a trip to be loaded but I've driven the car several times now and it's ben way past 24 hours.

Has anybody else encountered this issue before?

I think I turned that off for mine, but hopefully you find a fix!

Their app isn't the best. I would guess their older clientele doesn't use it much so it's not worth the investment.

Thanks! The trips are showing up today finally! Yeah the app is slightly buggy. Some trips aren't recorded, some are. Eventually I think I'll turn this feature off and opt-out. I worry if this info is sold to insurance companies. For now it's kind of fun to see how I'm driving. Also, when I drop my car off for service I can see where the techs went, haha.

App is pretty much messed up since the last upgrade. Says my car is locked when it's not, I force a refresh then it says it's unlocked.

I don;t have the app installed on my end. The gf had the Toyota App installed on her Corolla and within 24h, we turned that stuff off. It was so annoying with various updates about teh status of teh car like 15 times a day so we said the heck with this. Besides, I don't want her to know I went to DQ and had a blizzard and then report me to Jenny Craig (lol)

The simple solution to this is to just bring her a Blizzard too. But make sure you hand it to her upside down or its not a real blizzard.

Or I could just wait until January and let mother nature give her a real blizzard, we are in Canada after all eh?!?
