I just wonder who is going to get left holding the bag. This guy has a reserve on the auction, so I'd be curious to see what he set it at. Some jabroni bid it up to $60k already, which is approaching Premium MSRP territory.

I have no idea how cars and bids works. Is the seller legally required to accept whatever final bid wins? Right now it looks like he’s gonna get a bad deal lol.

the seller has a reserve. So if it doesn’t meet the reserve set, he doesn’t have to sell.

Just over 5 hours left and not at MSRP yet. I'm sure there will be some action as the time expires, but I don't know if the reserve will be met.

An interesting website and auction for sure. Some of these guys have crazy bidding history. The current highest bidder iamRonin has "won" 24 cars. That's no ordinary Joe. Others have bid $$$$ on other models. Makes you wonder who is really the flipper here...

Did some digging on that guy. Turns out, he owns a dealership group out in Cali. So if he wins, that car just gets thrown onto his lot, likely at a higher price than he won it at judging on the cars I tracked from Cars & Bids to his dealer group. Can't say that would be a better home for this car.

Yeah maybe I was wrong about the seller lol. If it was an attempted flip, it was not successful. Yet, the buyer got a very reasonable price on it.=, which is a win for them.

I was very surprised when I saw it sold and had no late action. The dealership they bought it from had a $30k markup from the spreadsheet, which seemingly the seller didn't have to pay if he priced it so low. Seller could have made more money selling to a dealer, but props to him for not asking for the moon.
