Clickbait I now have an I S 500 (if you can't tell the I is now in italics and leaning over just like my car) I guess it has been a little hot for... 53 days straight... but damn, my I got drunk and can't stand up straight anymore! Maybe I snagged it with a towel too, who knows. Now I may just debadge the car.

My thoughts exactly, i bypassed the dealer and went above their heads. Lexus Corporate already elevated my case to threat level midnight.
