At points, i felt like i would never be able to get this car. And now, i can finally say that it's all come to an end. I appreciate all of you putting up with all my nonsense, providing plenty of knowledge and conversation, and most of all: Hope.

As I noted previously, it seems the majority are being built with the Black Wheel Package. My dealer even confirmed as such. No shot of avoiding it. I LOVE the look, but as I stated, not happy about the extra cost for minimal look upgrade.

Lexus Sacramento in California has been allocated one, but they quoted me 15K over MSRP, so I passed it up. Caviar exterior, white interior if anyone is interested.

any word on when the DMV area will get any? The one dealer i e-mailed in MD had no idea when they were coming in
Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly said I should have it by Q1 next year but I think they're BS'ing. I put a deposit down and supposedly I'm number 3 on the list.
Lindsay Lexus said they had like 12 on a list for one salesman and told me it's pretty much a lost cause there.
The deposit at Pohanka was significantly more than Lindsay though.

USB with Black interior! It's currently in F-status, so should be here in a month or so

Reach out to Priority Lexus (Newport News or Virginia Beach). They definitely have a USB coming in, and mentioned an Atomic Silver as well, but not sure on that one yet.

Just received a call from one of the Lexus dealers where I'm on the waiting list. They were "gifted" (I believe from another dealer) an Atomic Silver on Black IS500 (2023) which is incoming and they are emailing me the details since the person in line ahead of me declined the offer.
My preference is Grecian Water on Black (#1) and Cloudburst Grey on Black (#2). My current daily is a silver on black sedan which I've had for over 10 years and I'm really over that color combo.
Certainly seems to me that the 2023 allocations are starting to trickle in and the dealer that called me said this car was not from their (unknown) pending allocations.
I'm probably going to pass but I'll make that decision as soon as I receive the office email offer.
