The silver trim looks good! I’m sure it adds good contrast to the otherwise dark interior.

maybe 2024 will be a groundbreaking year with folding mirrors.

I don’t think we’ll ever get a new infotainment on the current IS. Even the 2023 LC500 and RC F couldn’t get the touchscreen. Lexus is hilariously behind sometimes.

If I’m not mistaken, in the Japanese markets (and EU I think as well) the IS300/350 actually has power folding mirrors. Maybe in the future the aftermarket marketplace will provide? Or maybe we could just buy the parts and retrofit the dang thing ourselves if we’re brave enough lol

If Lexus can retrofit my car with them, I’d gladly pay and get my PPF guy to do them too.

On the RC F side of the forum, a member bought the EU assembly & switch and had them installed but they only partially function. The auto folding function does not work because the car's BCM isn't programmed to do that since the car normally doesn't have it. They do however fold at the press of the switch. It's also worth noting that he said it cost him $4000+

Holy crap! I thought $2K max, but yikes…$4K?!

Almost a flash back of The Price is Right although I guess he would have to bid just a dollar (because he can't go over) - but even I have my limit and 1$ wouldn't have cut it.....for 700.01$, I am in (lol)

Due in at the end of the month. Have deposit down, gave them all my information they need. I have done everything they have asked of me and they haven't told me to come in yet.
