I know of one white on white for msrp. I was on the waiting list for this dealer but was my least favorite spec. If you send me a dm and are willing to say my name I can help out.

Bold colors are scary, especially if you’re in an…ahem…older demographic like some of us. Just trust Lexus, they will not steer you wrong.

New to the forum here, but figured I would pass this along as it is currently out of my budget. Lisa Glover at Lexus of Bossier City Louisiana has an allocation for a Molten Pearl IS500. They are selling it at MSRP (67,140 or so, I forget the number). I had put my name on the list thinking I wouldn't get a call until next year. Lo and behold, a unicorn has fallen into my lap and I just cannot afford it at the moment.

Autotrader has a personal ad for a used (200 mile) 2023 Grecian Water on Black IS 500 located in NC. Asking price is $69,500. When I add GA ad valorem of 7% ($4865) that brings the total to $74,365. This is my color combo and it's basically new, but still more than what I'd pay for brand new from a dealer at MSRP even with dealer costs added.

This is the 2nd 2023 GW on black I've seen (one at Miami, FL dealer and this one recently purchased and already up for sale).

So, they ARE making my color combo - I'll just keep waiting for my car at MSRP - pretty confident it'll eventually show up and I don't care when.

No it looks like GW to me. But the logic of buying a car for $66k + TTL, and selling it for $69k doesn’t make any sense to me.

I was just offered a Molten Pearl IS500 at MSRP from JM Lexus. The vessel is scheduled to arrive on December 10 to Jacksonville so it should be at the dealer by the end of the year. Here is the VSpec. If you are interested please contact Carol Bruce Leal at the dealer. She has gone above and beyond to assist me with this allocation which I have decided to pass on. Her number is 954-977-6210 and her email is cbruce@jmlexus.motosnap.com
Please tell her I sent you (I don’t get anything for it so don’t worry). If someone decides to get it and you feel inclined please let me know when you’re going to take delivery. I’d love to go see it in person.

It's actually GW. He got a promotion that would cause him to drive more and he doesn't want to put the miles on it.

Ah sorry, my mistake then. I thought GW was a little lighter, maybe just the shading. Either way I'm also staying strong on MSRP from the dealer, come on caviar with black!

I emailed the seller and he's looking to recoup what he has in the car (price paid + taxes)

Definitely wait if you can. After ad valorem, I paid $67k total for mine. I would love the car to pieces regardless, but knowing my all-in was on-the-money makes the experience that much better.
