I have a Molten Pearl coming but I think I'm going to do cloudburst gray instead. Mine is one of the 3. I'm not sure why they are marked up, but I was told when I put my deposit down there would be no mark ups.
I have seen instances where markups were applied if the original requester backed out.
What made you change your mind about the MP? I’m starting see a trend, is it possible the MPs will be the only ones sitting on lots? I mean, one could wait for the price to drop, ****** it up and spend the money to get it wrapped. (If the color wasn’t to taste.)

Picked up the ‘23 replacement for my ‘22 IS500 yesterday. Can’t thank Karyna at Lexus corporate enough for her endless diligence and incredibly professional handling of this entire process. Simply put, she should be the next CEO of Toyota. Oh, Brandon, Jake and the rest of the team at Peterson Lexus were also tremendous.
Managed to get the windows tinted before surprising the wife (20% sides/rear/moonroof and 70% front). And no, won’t be doing any paint protection will be happening on my end, luckily never had the issues that others face that makes that stuff beneficial.
Noticed some subtle differences from our previous ‘22 model to this ‘23 …
The 2023 has much heavier steering in normal, sport and sport+, which is a good thing.
The moving bezel in the instrument cluster is now a much darker grey.
An ‘Eco’ light on dash panel now lights up when driving slowly in Eco mode. I think my ‘22 did that initially so maybe I just can’t remember the setting location to disable. Pretty annoying but to be honest this car shouldn’t be driven in Eco mode anyway.
Feeling the transmission downshift ‘thunk’ at low speeds that others have mentioned in the ‘23. Can’t recall the ‘22 ever doing it but first day with that car involved driving 400+ highway miles, so hoping it’s just a break-in type thing.
Sadly Lexus still hasn’t figured out their Birds Eye view camera misalignment issue. New car does it all the same. They really need to call those pros at Kia haha. Regardless bought the 7yr tire & wheel protection plan for marital harmony purposes.
Keyless remote range seems much better. Can actually unlock the car doors from three parking spots away !!
Still not a fan of the black wheels. If any ‘22 owner wants to swap for their silver rims and is ever around the Pacific Northwest area please message me. Can even keep the new tires, straight swap is fine on my end. Otherwise will powder coat then back to the ‘22 color or maybe even try something like Porsche’s satin aurum light gold look.

Good, with the right tires, the car is solid in winter. I've only gotten stuck - meaning I had to go in reverse and then drive forward - twice and both were because the rear tires were in a trough made of ice.
Super stoked! Picked up my Atomic Silver on black yesterday. A week ago I test drove and Iridium on black in Charleston WV that is sitting on their lot if anyone wants that color combo and location.
I think my keys need to be re-programmed but making sure it's not something I can fix. Neither key fob works to remote unlock the door or lock or trunk. However both fobs work to start the vehicle and I can use the lock/unlock feature on the exterior door handles. I've confirmed there is no valet key or anything left in the vehicle as it won't start without one of my keys in there. When I push a button on the remote, a little red indicator light flashes with each button press. Is the little red light flash normal? If so - I'll just take it back to the dealer and have them reprogram the remotes. Everything else is perfect!
