I tried to get a job as a part time barista (weekends only) at a few Lexus dealerships, so that I could get a discount, but they never returned my calls.

Actually the mistake was probably placing the deposits before I applied. They were on to me.

I'm not here to brag, but I got mine used for less than MSRP in March 2021. Only possible due to an accounting error from the BMW I purchased it from which they were not happy about 🤣

Accounting errors can legally be corrected. They let you have it and acted upset lol.

Oh they didn't act upset, they were. They listed the car for 63,000 on Autotrader and their website around 7pm as they closed, and called at 8am the next day and got a deposit down on it through a salesman through their official dealer portal from a link sent by that salesman, and 15 minutes later they found out they weren't supposed to sell my particular car. For 3 days, that finance guy tried coming up with reason why I, the guy buying the car, had to cancel the sale.

During this time they tried to tell me their sister Lexus dealer was going to override the sale and take the car, why I had to cancel because I was out of state, why I had to cancel because the dealers friend actually wanted it, the GM said he wouldn't sell to a non-Florida resident, and while all this happened they relisted my car for 8k higher than I ended up paying for it.

They 100% were not happy about it 🤣😂🤣
