Thanks for the research on this swap!

My front brakes feel like they have deposits, I may swap over to the GS F setup when these wear out or annoy me too much.

I've only had slotted rotors once before and they were noisy. Are these slotted rotors quiet?

the noise is unrelated the slots.

I wasn't very clear on that one, sorry. They didn't squeal or make metallic noise from the pads. It was a whole different beast. Cross drilled or solid rotors have always been fine, but the slotted ones were not quiet. Maybe it was the pads, who knows. I did EBC red stuff pads and their slotted rotors on my G8 GT. They stopped well, but not quietly.

I'm kind of thinking of getting the GS F calipers and solid rotors since there are a lot of choices for that car.

Ive never had any noise running slotted rotors. You can order the rotors with no slotting or drilling with the BBMS kit.

Oh that's good! If they're quiet I might try them. I thought they're supposed to help stop deposits from forming which seems to be a problem for me. Thanks!

Another update for you guys:

I have to bring the car to Mr David Yansens in a few days, so I unbolted the EPB caliper from the hub, since the new bracket most likely won’t arrive in time. I bolted the wheel on, and now the hardware that secures the 4 pot caliper to the bracket started rubbing on the wheel. Went to ace and got some lower profile button head bolts, same grade, and now everything clears with room to spare. Of course, EPB still won’t fit, needs a new bracket for that but it should arrive shortly after I leave for CA. I let Eddie know and all of the future kits will be coming with said hardware, and any of the prior sold kits will have the new hardware ship with the new brackets.

BBK is here! Hope to do an initial test fit by this weekend if the fixed hardware arrives.

Updated brackets are done and on the way. I’m excited to get rid of the EPB error on the dash.

I just drove the car from AZ to CA and back to AZ, did some really heavy braking, some from higher speeds. Brakes performed phenomenally.

Sounds like something @350phi could do if there is enough demand...

Tough to tell exactly what I'm looking at from this pic, but if thats a screw hole on the far right side, they seem to be drilled very very close to the edge of the piece. I'd be concerned about the integrity of whatever is screwed there.

mine should be here tomorrow;
I don’t think it’s a used screw hole for anything.

That's exactly what I was trying to do. tesla caliper is all over ebay. the issue is that the stock RCF/GSF/ISF rear rotors are 345mm large. because of the size, there isn't room to make the tesla caliper fit with the rcf/gsf calipers. Pittsy rear rotors are aftermarket 380mm and the 4 pot rear caliper he has is radial mounted so there's much more options to lay the caliper in the position to clear the tesla caliper. There's are two rear rotors that would fit and it's the RCF Track rear brembo 380mm rotor ($2200 from lexus) and the rear Nissan GTR rear rotor ($400 on rock auto) which are 380mm. The demand is there. Will people run GTR rear rotors and GSF front rotors just to have EPB?

@TipsyTonio true. looks to be .5mm from the edge. those holes from the bracket looks to hold the 4 pot caliper.

A part of me feels like this thread has gotten a bit off topic from the original post and title of the thread.
Carry on though.
