Wow I'm really dumb bc I just realized:
They unplugged the dash cam because they don't want you to be able to record/see what's happening inside the service garage, correct?
Also I thought you had the Lexus/factory installed dash cam since you have a 2023.

I don't know if that's the exact reason why, but that's my best assumption
And I Don't have a factory one installed. I don't believe that's standard, at least it wasn't communicated that it was even an option when purchasing.

After watching countless hours of dashcam videos on youtube, ALL cars should have built in dash cams, that would help with the insurance industry on so many levels....I would take a dashcam over rain sensing wipers, lane keep assist, smart cruise and all that self driving crap (my opinion)

I agree, in principle, follow the scheduled intervals or if not, that is fine as long as you understand the potential outcome/consequences.
